What is Wellness?

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth.

Note: Coaching sessions can be provided face-to-face, online (Skype or similar platform)  or on telephone.

What to Expect from Coaching?

I believe that every being on this planet deserves to live a higher quality life.  It is our responsibility to love this life and change it for better.

This is only possible if various interrelated dimensions of life and wellness are optimally balanced. These dimensions are:

As a coach, we support you to get self-awareness of all these dimensions, create your own definition of wellbeing and then set/prioritize “Goals” accordingly for a healthymindful and fulfilling lifestyle.

When ‘i’ is replaced by ‘we’, even “illness” becomes “wellness.”
